Habitat Apartments Bruc Terrace

Struttura pulita, comoda ( noi eravamo in 5 ), posizione favolosa in pieno centro di barcellona

I liked the size and the neighborhood of the property. Balcony was nice to have. Elevator was very useful to me with kids in strollers.

3 problems: -Most important: Both ACs had black mold. It is dangerous for some people including small kids. I stayed with my small kid and wish I had booked a different property. Changing rooms to avoid the more affected AC caused me headache during my travel. I wish ACs were properly maintained. Disclosure: I seeked compensation about this, but the property declined. -We waited for the check in with bags and kids in the middle of the sidewalk for a good 10 minutes despite keeping them informed multiple times with our arrival time down to minutes. We were tired and hungry. -One of the bathrooms smelled off. It was still usable but everyone avoided that bathroom.
