The keys did not work all the time

The location was great.
We did not realise where we checked and where the actual apartment was were quite a distance from each other - a 15 min taxi ride. There was a 200 euro deposit required in addition to accommodation cost that we did not know about until day prior. The apartment had all the facilities but stains on the sofa that really do need sorting. Would also be helpful if there was a user manual for the different washing and drying cycles

Location. Lot of storage.
Interior was basic, minimum. Sofa had stain. Ceiling right was flicking, we reported on the first day, it had never fixed during our three night stay.
