The location
The apartment wasn’t clean, and they refused to clean it when I asked about that. Poor Wifi very bad

Spacious and bright with all the amenities needed. Good working AC for the heat wave.
The check-in process is ridiculous. Nobody to talk to, directions not clear, upon arrival the taxi service from booking took us close to the apartment (500mts away) and that was not the reception building. We had to wait 2 hours to be allowed in the building to our apartment. With nobody to talk to except WhatsApp messages. The instructions were not clear. They asked me for an extra payment and another 200€ deposit to let me into the apartment. All together, a very disappointing welcome to the city.

Cute place. Good location. Easy to get in/out once I had access. Comfy bed.
Couch was quite stained. Loud road noise if you have to sleep in living room.

Location was good. Staff when we checked in st the offices were polite and very helpful. The space of the apartment was great.
There was a horrible damp, musky smell in the bedroom when we checked in. The bathroom was also a little smelly.
