A beautiful 180-square-meter apartment located in a prime area of downtown Barcelona, just a short walk from top streets like Paseo de Gracia and a wealth of shops, art galleries, and wonderful restaurants. The space is tastefully decorated and features a very modern design with fine wood finishes; it’s very cozy and furnished with designer pieces. It’s very cozy and doesn’t lack for details, such as a high-quality coffee maker for enjoying exquisite coffee, as well as a fine selection of teas.
It features 4 bedrooms: the first is a spacious suite with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom (bathtub—whirlpool and shower); the second bedroom has a king-size bed and shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom, which has twin beds (also convertible into a double bed); finally, there is a bedroom with a single bed that has a guest half-bath. A splendid, fully equipped kitchen with an exceptional burl wood table. It also has three balconies—two off the living room and one off the master suite—with views of the city, providing plenty of natural light.
Good access to public transportation, including the subway, taxis, and buses.

The flat is very nice and well appointed; location was perfect, allowing us to walk to all the major sites from Park Guell, to the Sagrada Família to the waterfront for dinner. Except for the Bose speaker, everything in the apartment worked great. Bath towels were good, but no hand or face towels available, either for the bathrooms or kitchen. Despite that small inconvenience, we really enjoyed our time in the apartment and Barcelona.
