Exceptional apartment located in a historic building that reflects the Catalan modern style, exemplified in the preservation of the beautiful mosaic floor with hydraulic tiles, as well as the moldings and ceiling rosettes.
The spacious living rooms feature a classic interior design, typical of a stately home in the Eixample neighborhood, allowing you to travel back in time and experience the class and distinction of the era. Due to the large number of rooms, it is ideal for large groups or families who want to stay in the same location.
The strategic location is , situated on Rambla Catalunya and just a few meters from the iconic Plaza Catalunya. Paseo de Gracia is right next door, one of the city's most important avenues with numerous shops and restaurants. Additionally, you can admire Antoni Gaudí's most famous buildings, La Pedrera and Casa Batlló.
We open rooms for every two people. So, you pay for the rooms that you use.

Our usual check-in time is from 16:00 to 21.00h, so we recommend that you contact us in advance to arrange your arrival time.Check-out is until 11:00 a.m., but late check-out can be requested, subject to availability.
Outside of the established hours, we have the following rates:
Late check-in: arrival after 9:00 p.m. incurs a cost of €30 until 11:00 p.m., after which €10 will be added for each additional hour.
Late check-out (departure after 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.) and early check-in (arrival before 3:00 p.m.) are subject to availability and incur an additional charge, which can be consulted.
The apartment has a HUTB tourist licence.
Tourist tax: €6.25 per person/night not included in the final price.
Payment must be made in cash upon arrival at the apartment for all guests over 16 years of age, and for a maximum of 7 days.Law 5/2017 of the Generalitat de Catalunya, for stays with check-in from 1/4/2017.

Beautiful apartment located perfectly in Barcelona. The apartment was spacious and allowed our family to gather together in the evenings. Flor greeted us upon arrival, she was incredibly helpful and gave us information about the area, places to eat and things to do. The only thing I would suggest would be an upgrade in the mattresses. Other than that, it was fantastic! I would recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona with a large group.

The apartment was in an amazing location, centrally located to great restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. Our group of 18 was comfortable staying in the apartment. It was well appointed and spacious.

Great location, central to everything. The apartment is huge. We had the “kids” 15-28 all stay on one end and the adults stay on the other. The hallway is so long that it had 3 sets of doorways to close so while they stayed up late playing “cards” we heard nothing.
We cooked NYE dinner one night, the kitchen is big enough. So many bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and two terraces, this place is big enough that you never feel cramped. We ate breakfast outside on the back terrace in the sun. So nice.
Everything was super clean, plenty of towels plus a washer AND dryer. And hairdryers :)
Great place for a big group, highly recommend!! The SIBS people were a pleasure to work with as well.
