Spacious rooms (3), 2.5 bathrooms, clean interior, AC, centrally located in a safe neighborhood and washing machine/clothes dryer combo
No detergent for washing clothes, poor communication when contacted via WhatsApp to resolve washer issue (CL: child lock) and insufficient paper towels

It was a great location to everything! We could walk almost everywhere we wanted. Taxis and bus picked up right outside!

We loved the location, and the view of the Casa Mila and Sagrada Familia was wonderful. The apartment was spacious, accommodating, and up to date. We were grateful for a washer/dryer plus drying racks.
We arrived 10 minutes before our check in time and the office wouldn't activate our entry code. We sat in the stairwell and waited. The thermostat was set to 16 in the apartment but it felt like 21+ the entire time. Barely any air movement. I submitted two requests for assistance with the A/C or to get some fans and no one ever responded. I tried calling and sat on hold for 15 minutes and finally gave up. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also, there were no instructions for any of the appliances, thermostat, jacuzzi tub (which did not work).
