Location was the best ! And big apartment

Departamento amplio, lindo, luminoso. En perfecto estado, muy equipado y limpio. La ubicación es perfecta. Un éxito.

Spacious, clean, very close to:tourist attractions, excellent restaurants, bakeries, retail stores. Our security deposit was refunded in full the day after we moved out.

In one of the three bedrooms you can connect to the WIFI, but the internet doesn't work (WiFI and internet connectivity in the rest of the apartment is fine. Door locking/unlocking instructions could have been clearer.... the instructions should have said something like this: after you unlock the door in the app, you will immediately hear a "click" in the door, then you have ONE or TWO seconds to turn the knob counter-clockwise as many rotations as possible to slide the latch, then while still holding the knob in its fully turned position push forward and the door will swing open.

We loved the location, and the view of the Casa Mila and Sagrada Familia was wonderful. The apartment was spacious, accommodating, and up to date. We were grateful for a washer/dryer plus drying racks.

We arrived 10 minutes before our check in time and the office wouldn't activate our entry code. We sat in the stairwell and waited. The thermostat was set to 16 in the apartment but it felt like 21+ the entire time. Barely any air movement. I submitted two requests for assistance with the A/C or to get some fans and no one ever responded. I tried calling and sat on hold for 15 minutes and finally gave up. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also, there were no instructions for any of the appliances, thermostat, jacuzzi tub (which did not work).
