Casa modernista en Paseo de Gracia

Great location. Great staff and very responsive. Had an issue with a window that wouldn’t close and a shower drain that didn’t drain property but both were addressed and fixed the next day.

Our group of 10 absolutely loved this apartment! It exceeded our expectations in every way. The apartment was even more spacious and beautiful than the photos suggested, and the thoughtful decor gave it so much character and charm. It was clear that a lot of care had gone into creating a stylish and welcoming space. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and hassle-free, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were all very happy with our experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for larger groups visiting Barcelona!

The apartment is absolutley stunning and exceeded all of our expectations, the location is great and very central to everything we needed. The hosts were amazing at communication and everything was just perfect!

Location is really good and accessible.

This apartment is not suitable for groups or travellers with luggage, as you need to carry bags over 10 steps before reaching the elevator, which is very inconvenient. The host is also difficult to reach, which adds to the frustration. The property itself is in poor condition. Plumbing and electrical fixtures are badly maintained, and basic fittings such as door handles and latches are loose and may come off when used. In addition, there is no proper ventilation in the toilets or bathrooms, making the stay uncomfortable. Overall, I would not recommend this property, mainly due to the poor maintenance and lack of reliable host support.
