About this apartment rental
This amazing and elegant apartment, located in the emblematic Paseo de Grácia, has 5 double bedrooms (4 of them with en suite bathroom), an extra full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a large and sunny dining-living room. The apartment also has a big terrace to enjoy the warmy mediterranean weather.
The apartment is located just a few steps away from some of the main city attractions such as La Pedrera and La Casa Batlló (from Gaudí), around 10 minutes walking to Plaza Cataluña and Las Ramblas and close to different public transport stops, to move easily around the city.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges:
*Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights)
*The City Hall has increased the city tax rate starting Apr 1st 2026. The new rate is €13.75 per person per night.
*Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.

Others have "raved" about this property. Our experience was a bit different. Six friends, three couples travelling together. Here for a week.
POSITIVES: You can't beat the location or the space. Four bedrooms ensuite is hard to find. Check-in was easy and pleasant. The terrace is a great space (but see below).
DRAWBACKS. For a day or two the space is fine but you quickly realize that it is a bit "tired" and needs a refresh. Small supplies were missing (kleenex, garbage bags, conditioner). The deck was missing an umbrella and filled with dying plants. We had two ant invasions including in ta bed but the issue was dealt with quickly; similarly, a leak in one bedroom. And we've never stayed in a place where we had to take all of the garbage (kitchen, bathrooms) out to the street before checking out (what is the cleaning service for?).
SO: Great space a bit tired in a wonderful location. A few quick fixes would make it better.

The property is large for Barcelona but there's a subway station right underneath the building that you feel each time it passes. The property could be cleaner.
