Eric Vökel Boutique Apartments - Gran Vía Suites

The staff were amazing and very helpful with everything we needed. The apartment is very comfortable and great for families. The location is wonderful and close to everything—we could easily walk to most tourist spots and go back to the apartment whenever we wanted. There is a supermarket on the same street, and many restaurants are within walking distance. The neighborhood is upscale and nice, right in front of a lovely promenade, and the overall vibe was great. Highly recommended!

Premium classy location, faraway from traffic and crowded areas, accesseble to everything you need, good supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, it is between the new side and the old sides of Barcelona, you will enjoy it a lot if love walking, the home is very good everything you need is available, thank you for the good hospitality

I see the price is extreemly high but I understand I came in the peak season and Barcelona is very expensive city anyway

The room was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent and very convenient. The room could benefit from a few more amenities, and the price was a little on the expensive side, but overall we had a very pleasant experience

Safet, furtniture comfotable, fast checkout. Kitchen and eashing machine dryer in the apt. was nice

There was only one bathroom, we booked a 2 bedroom and it wasnt quite 2 bedrooms because only one had a door, the other only a partition. There was a sofa bed in the living room which was fine but we were 6 ppl so one bathroom was not enough especially for the price we paid. The towels were not clean, there was dust on the towel hanger and the towels were old one was even torn. There was no housekeeping service, we had to take out our own trash. The elevator was old, slow and small we had to go up in turns. We expected much better service for such high ratings and expensive price.
