    I stayed 3 nights with my teen and 10y kids. We walked most of the locations we wanted to go. Also metro station was close by so we took metro to Sagrada Família. It was so easy! There were many cafes, and shops closes by. We stayed in a family room, beds were clean and comfortable. I found some dusty area in the bathroom, but wasn’t a big deal. I wish there were a bit more space for opening suitcases, but overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

    Our room was very clean and large, staff were helpful and they gave us breakfast boxes that were enough for breakfast and a snack, even Gluten free! The hotel was blocks away from shopping and a major tourist hub to get the hop on hop off tours.

    We stayed here for 4 nights during the December holidays. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a short walk to Plaza Catalunya and La Rambla, making it very convenient for exploring the city. However, there were several issues that significantly impacted our stay. The hotel does not provide air conditioning during the winter months, as the reception staff explained that the climate is already cold. Instead, we were advised to open the window for ventilation. Unfortunately, this led to two major problems: noise and mosquitoes. At night, the street noise from passing vehicles and loud pedestrians made it difficult to relax. Worse, opening the window allowed mosquitoes to enter the room, resulting in numerous bites every night. I brought this up with the staff after being woken up by the itching and buzzing on the first night, but they said there was nothing they could do and suggested hoping the mosquitoes would leave through the same window. We tried keeping the window slightly open, but mosquitoes still got in, and the room remained uncomfortably warm. With no air conditioning and only heating available, sleeping became a frustrating experience. Additionally, the hotel only offers a packed breakfast for €12, which consisted of the same items every day—a lackluster option considering the price. While the location is undeniably top-notch, the uncomfortable sleeping conditions and limited amenities would make me think twice about staying here again.
