    Hotel in wonderful area with access to tourist attractions. Hotel need constant maintenance seems neglected. For example walks need a paint and furniture upgrades. Bathroom very good with wonderful shower.

    We stayed at ICON BCN for four nights, from October 7 to October 11. The hotel was in a good location, and the reception staff were very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was very good, and Chaima and the rest of the breakfast team were especially friendly. The elevator was small. The drinking water dispensers in the hallways were a convenient feature, although we only found out about them on our second night after noticing that the water in our room had not been replenished. When we asked, the staff explained that we could refill our bottles in the hallway. It would have been helpful to know this at check-in. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

    Not happy with no ac. Breakfast was the same. The staff will come out slowly after you get all your food to ask if you want eggs or pancakes. It’s just ok for me.
