Room were nice and modern, staff was excellent ( they did several things above and beyond). Breakfast was great, nice steam room and hot tub, nice outdoor pool. Clean. Staff was very friendly. Staff walked us to a nearby show so we would not get lost. If the staff member did not walk us to the Flamingo show we would have gotten lost and missed it.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location: it’s close to major attractions and surrounded by restaurants. Unfortunately, it does not live up to its 4-star rating. The hotel feels like a cheap renovation squeezed into what was once a beautiful historic building. Everything gives a low-quality impression: the walls, wallpaper, lack of proper windows in some courtyard-facing rooms, as well as the coffee, tea, and toiletries. Rooms facing the courtyard are very dark and poorly ventilated, making them uncomfortable to stay in. There was also a lack of attention to detail, for example, the shampoo in the room had already been completely used. Overall, a big disappointment. At best, this is a 3-star hotel.
