    Pros: - amazing staff - clean rooms - close to main sights Cons: - did not feel safe traveling alone, location is close to everything but a little sketchy, anybody can go up elevators to your room, did not see any security people there monitoring who is entering - safe is too small for a small laptop - very outdated and bathroom is in horrible condition, but cusps to cleaners for keeping them clean - no USB outlets so needed an adaptor to charge phones and reception did not have my type so was a huge inconvenience

    I am disappointed with my recent check-in experience. Prior to arrival, I had requested an early check-in two hours in advance through the app, and the request was approved. However, upon arrival, I was asked to pay an additional fee for the early check-in despite the prior confirmation. Additionally, we were made to wait for approximately one hour, during which time other guests were allowed to check in. I also noticed that the same room types were still available for booking online, which made the situation more confusing and frustrating. I would appreciate clarification on why the approved early check-in request was not honored without additional charges, and why there was a delay despite apparent room availability. I hope this feedback helps improve the consistency and transparency of the check-in process for future guests.

    The AC unit is very weak for the summer period. The hotel is a little out dated and the walls are very thin, you can hear every noise possible.
