the best quality of this property would be its location, it is reachable to the airport, to the center, to the beach by just one bus/tram/train. the bathrooms were cleaner and more modern than i expected, which was a nice surprise. the property also had a kitchen, some cups and free coffee/tea packs that you could use. the room itself was comfortable, it was great compared to the price
keep in mind that there can be some loud noises after midnight, which is not very favorable but it happens and to me it was okay. another unfortunate thing was that the room had only one key, which put me and my roommate in some uncomfortable situations a couple of times.

Location was great, the room itself was fine
The facilities listed weren't often available, the kitchen was locked. The "free breakfast" was weird little muffins and a kettle with instant coffee and tea
