    My son and I had a wonderful time here in Barcelona. Generator is a great place to stay for an affordable break away. The beds are clean and you have the option of a daily buffet breakfast, or there are a number of nice local cafes. It is close to both the metro and bus stops, so it’s easy to get around. Get a pass if you are staying a while! My only negative, is that on my last night in a female-only dorm, we awoke to find a male traveller asleep in one of the bottom bunks!!! This needs to be addressed as young female travellers need to feel safe in their space here. My son also had a very dubious roommate who was later asked to leave, so there needs to be a bit more vigilance around residents.

    I had a very good experience staying at this hostel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The overall environment was also neat and hygienic. One thing I really liked was that the bed sheets were changed regularly every day, which made the stay even more comfortable. The hostel had a lively atmosphere with people coming and going, which made the place feel active and welcoming. The staff was cooperative, and everything was well organized. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and vibrant place to stay.
