    The properties really nice. It was clean and all the basic amenities were provided. The reception also were helpful and the check-in and checkout process was very smooth. So I highly recommend this property.

    The worst part is that if I get out of the room for few minutes Utes I need to go activate my card again. I cannot get the door to open at anytime unless I have a fresh recharge if the card Of course they give you the usual you have it near your phone. Furthermore I kindly asked to get a quiet room. The hotel is very noise the rooms above. The staff making noise snd the workers I. The near by rooms.

    The hotel itself was lovely with a very comfortable bed and pillows that made for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the staff, who were consistently rude and unwelcoming. Hospitality starts with courtesy and a simple smile can make a huge difference. I would strongly recommend providing your staff with customer service and etiquette training to improve the guest experience.
