    Great hotel away from hustle and bustle of Barcelona

    ▪️Standard room. With fridge and T.V. No kettle. ▪️Spacious. It has a space for everything. ▪️They don't provide bottled water everyday. Just the first day of your stay. ▪️AC runs but not very cold. You can crank up the fan of the AC but you'll hear a rattling sound which makes it hard to sleep. Read in the other reviews that AC is an issue. ▪️Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in a residential area so it's far from every tourist spots but the bus stops are nearby. You just need to figure out their local transit. Grocery stores are also near the hotel. If you need a taxi, ask the receptionist to arrange it for you. We had an early flight and the taxi driver was at the hotel early than the arranged time. It's hard to book one in that area so just ask the receptionist to do it for you.

    The hotel are new and everything are great. But it’s far from the tourist area and the center.

    The hotel itself was lovely with a very comfortable bed and pillows that made for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the staff, who were consistently rude and unwelcoming. Hospitality starts with courtesy and a simple smile can make a huge difference. I would strongly recommend providing your staff with customer service and etiquette training to improve the guest experience.
