Too far from the city. The rooms are old.

I appreciated that the room itself was generally well maintained and comfortable during our stay. The housekeeping staff did a good job cleaning and organizing our room each day, which made returning after a long day more enjoyable. The consistency and attention from the housekeeping team was one of the highlights of our experience.

There were a few areas that could use improvement. The hallways had an unpleasant smell at times, which affected the overall impression when walking to the room. The elevators also appeared to need some maintenance, with missing or incorrectly placed buttons that made them feel less polished. Additionally, the pool area was much smaller than expected and did not feel like a practical option for relaxing or enjoying time with the family. Overall, the room experience was positive, but some of the common areas could use more attention and upkeep.

The facilities for disabled guests are Top Notch. The accessible room felt like it was toiler made with the disabled guests in mind. The attention to details eg the automatic door, automatic shower curtains, the curtains can be opened from the comfort of your bed, the colour contrast for the visually impaired, ample space to manouver even with a big eletric wheelchair. I would give the room a 10/10.. To top it up, the rooftop pool is fully wheelchair accessible with a lift and a automatic chair which can be operated independantly to take you in and out of the pool. This is by the far the best hotel i've been with amazing facilities for disabled guests. I would highly recommend to any disabled person who just want to enjoy their vacation and not worry about accessibility. Also there are quite a lot of accessible activiities to do in Barcelona. The metro system is 95% wheelchair accessible and all buses are wheelchair accessible. I will definately visit Barcelona again as it's one of my favourite places to be as a wheelchair user. To top it up, the staff are also so friendly and helpful. Well done Barcelona for the provision you've made to include the disabled community. I even had a great swim at the sea..Such a wholesome experience that will forever be engraved in my heart! Much love to Barcelona

No access to the spa but the manager took her time to explain to me that there will be changes in future to make it accessible. Once this is done, It will be the most wholesome experience for disabled guests. Also, would like to make a suggestion to have a coded pass added to your room key that will give access to the lift that goes to the rooftop pool.

Juan at reception was very friendly and helpful

There was a substantial leak coming from the air conditioning unit in our room , a pool of water had formed on the floor of our room when we entered and we were woken at 5am by a constant dripping noise from the unit.
