Barça Stadium - Modern 4 bedroom apartment

Despite being a shared apartment, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was fully equipped and the apartment was regularly cleaned. Overall, the apartment itself was comfortable and well maintained. The metro station was just around the corner

The main issue was the lack of a customer-friendly approach regarding our late check-in. I informed the host immediately after booking that we would arrive after midnight and could not meet the stated check-in conditions, but they insisted on keeping the reservation despite the uncertainty of whether we would be able to access the apartment. The keys were left at a nearby supermarket, yet we had to contact the supermarket ourselves to check their opening hours and make sure someone would be there to hand us the keys. I don't understand why the host did not provide or verify this information themselves. I found this approach not particularly guest-friendly, as I spent the whole journey to Barcelona unsure whether we would actually be able to get into the apartment and the accomodation didnt care. The price also felt quite high compared to the quality of the accommodation. That said, I understand that this is to some extent an issue with accommodation prices across Barcelona in general.
