The check-in process was quick and smooth, which I appreciated. The room was quite small, and the television was very small as well, which made it a bit uncomfortable for resting.
On the positive side, the room was very clean, and housekeeping did a good job maintaining cleanliness.
However, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom did not have toilet paper upon arrival. When I requested it, I was told that I had to go downstairs to get it myself. I believe toilet paper is a basic and essential item that should always be provided in the room, and having to go downstairs to get it was inconvenient.
Overall, the stay was acceptable for a short visit, but this issue affected my overall experience and should definitely be improved.

Location minutes from the L1 and L5 metro makes it so convenient to get anywhere in Barcelona. Room was clean and as expected. Couldn't adjust the temp on the AC, but the nights were cool enough that I opened the window in bathroom which kept me cool at night (usual city noise outside, not overly busy traffic at night). Front desk always had someone staffed and they were always helpful and pleasant. Would stay again if I was in Barcelona.
