I liked everything about my stay. The hotel was spotless and my room was large and had excellent air conditioning. The staff were very helpful and the manager allowed me to change my room as the noise from other guests was disturbing me. It didn't matter that the room wasn't ensuite as there were always clean bathrooms and toilets available. The location was brilliant, only 20 minutes to the Place De Catalunya and also on the train route to the airport. I think at £90 a night it represented excellent value for Barcelona in mid summer. Would definitely stay again.

It is located in a local area, so not much noisy or busy streets, close to the metro, few shops around and its a good price for it all
Shared bathrooms almost busy at rush times so had to wait a while

The rooms are fine for a short stay of 1–3 nights. I like the location and the free water, and the Wi-Fi was good too. Air conditioning in the room is a big plus for hot summer days.
Staff go home after midnight, so no one is there to enforce the rules. I’ve stayed in this hostel three times, and EVERY STAY was a complete mess at night, with people yelling and screaming. The worst sleep of my life was in this hostel.
