Apartment was perfect for a 3 night solo stay. It was well situated for me as I was attending an event at the Fira Barcelona Gran Via and it was a pleasant 25 min walk to the venue. I had no interactions with any staff while I was there but the instructions on how to access the building and collect the room keys were easy to follow.
Apartment was very clean and well laid out. Bed was very comfortable and it had a good shower. Was good value for money considering the hotel rates around were very high for the dates I was staying.

- Good location, close to metro and bus.
- Clean.
- There is a small kitchenet with most of everything. Which is nice.
- Easy check-in and access with code. Good communication with the host. Easy to find.
- It needs a newer mattress. Ok for a short stay, but it can be annoying if you have back problems.
- Terrible sound proofing. You can hear the guests/people living next to the room. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. It is mostly quiet between 00.00 - 07.00 though.

The room was small, but had everything we needed, from mini fridge, to hairdryer, shampoos and soap, kettle and espresso machine, the room was clean, we asked for iron which was provided without any problem. The location in 20 min from the city center and it is very well connected, it has metro and bus line, even at night, the neighborhood was safe. The communication was easy, the check in was smooth, the room was ready earlier and they have lockboxes where you can leave your luggage before check in/after check out which was perfect.
There should be slippers in the rooms, because the tiles are cold, but nothing else :)

Kitchen well equipped. Spacious. Quick response to our problems.
The hair dryer was broken, a small piece of plastic flew out and almost hurt my face.
The toaster also not working, the lever kept bouncing up and I had to hold it with my hand.
The drainage of shower was blocked. I wonder how frequent they clean up.
