The location was great - near metro stations and shops.
Staff were friendly and accommodating.
The room only had 2 pillows (flat). It was so uncomfortable to sleep in that we had to request extra.

It is inconvenient for me that my husband and I were placed in a small room with a view of the elevator, and my friend, who lived alone, was placed in a standard room. Although I paid the same price for both rooms. When I checked in, I asked which room was for two and which was for one. The receptionist answered me. In the end, it turned out that we lived together in a small room with a view of the elevator, so the window was always closed. Our room was not soundproofed and I heard everyone who passed by our door, because the distance from the bed to the door was one meter.
