Close enough to the Fira Gran Via that walking was an option. Rooms were spacious.
The cafe area was excellent and it backed onto the breakfast salon which was big with a decent continental and some hot options for breakfast.
The staff were exceptional and couldn’t do more for you. Friendly, helpful and happy to deal with any matter of concern. I watched them interacting with other customers and the experience was consistent.
Although tired and in need of some TLC, the shower was brilliant, hot, powerful and with plenty of space.
Quite tired for the money charged! Although the location is quite good, it’s not that good that it justifies the price based on how tired the finished are. Exposed OSB on the ceiling sections of each floor walkway is not a good touch and only projects an air of “unfinished” work being carried out.
The lighting setup in the room needs considering better as there was only one switch to turn off the main lights and it was across the room only accessible from the bed I wasn’t sleeping in!
No tea and coffee facilities and water in the room is chargeable. Seriously!?! This is standard basic facility these days and water is a basic human necessity people! You would get much happier customers for the cost of a €0.50 bottle of water everyday.
I was a little disappointed that there weren’t separate shampoo and body wash, but instead only one shower gel for all the body. I take my own items but there will be many who are caught out by this, especially women who don’t mix products like this on their hair!

My daughter and I arrived in the evening, our flight was delayed, around 21 o'clock and we got a nice quiet room and could still order some food (only pizza and some fruit) and drinks. And the vibe/ambience is nice, and I loved all the glass work, also the elevator and the colours. :)
More variety in food/ snacks at the bar in the evening would be great. Like nachos con queso, nuts, or some bread/toast. These items are easy to store and have long shelf life. :)

Bed and cleanliness were nice. Staff was always available to help. The room had a good size, the beds were comfy, overall a normal hotel.
As per usual in this cheaply made hotels, the bathroom is not really a division but some semi-transparent glass without even a door that fully separates it. I am travelling with a friend who is not my partner and is the opposite sex, so it was quite uncomfortable. Moreover, our door to the toilet did not fully close, as it was badly installed, and when we called the staff to fix it, they came asap but were unable to fix it. Moreover, i was quite disappointed at breakfast because all the fruit juices were watered down and had added sugar...
