Dear sir ,
I would like to commend Mr. Javier and Ms. Katy for their helpfulness and professionalism during our stay.
Mr. Javier was especially kind in helping us remain in the same room for the last night, which saved my wife and me from the inconvenience of having to move. At our age, this consideration meant a great deal to us, and we sincerely appreciate his assistance.
Ms. Katy was also very helpful on the first day of our arrival. As we arrived early in the morning and our room was not yet available, she made an effort to assist us and asked us to return after lunch. Her helpful attitude was much appreciated.
Unfortunately, I must also highlight a very unpleasant experience with another staff member, whom I understand may be Mr. Gonzalo. He was wearing glasses and had a moustache. After lunch, when Ms. Katy was no longer at the counter, he took over our case. His attitude was unhelpful, dismissive, and full of excuses.
Although I had booked four nights, he insisted on treating it as only three nights and told me that I would need to check out and check in again on the fourth day. This made no sense to me and caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. Rather than trying to assist us, he made the process far more difficult than it needed to be.
I find this level of customer service unacceptable. It was distressing for my wife and me, and I hope management will investigate this incident properly. I would also appreciate clarification as to why we were treated in this manner, as it felt unfair and disrespectful.

It's a nice hotel close to metro that can take you directly to airport, that's what I needed and that's what I got.
