The receptionist was amazing. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom was very nice as well! The location was very close to the Camp Nou which was perfect for my stay.

The Hotel is in a good location as it is close to shops and has easy access to transport. It is a serene place with clean and comfortable rooms. The reception given to me & my partner by the staff was so exceptional. Especially that guy called Maxi was very helpful and superb. He was very friendly, receptive, and provided us with vital information about how-to join the city tour bus also known as Barcelona BusTuristic. Also, he went the extra mile to find a taxi for us to the airport on the day of departure to the UK.
When we had to go in search of a restaurant to buy food after arriving late in the night. They only have to add a cafeteria to their service or partner with some restaurants around to provide meals at a cost to customers on request.

The hotel is very clean. The staff are polite and friendly. There are complimentary items in the room such as coffee and water. The bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious. Definitely a great value-for-money hotel and highly recommended.
The location might be something to consider when choosing the hotel, but it is not very far from the metro. It would also have been nice to have a small minibar or mini fridge in the room.

We were a group of three staying for four nights, and we were more than satisfied with our experience. The location is excellent — the metro is very close — and the room was absolutely perfect. Since I work in a high-category hotel myself, I can confidently say that this hotel deserves all the praise.
We stayed in room 3, and although there were a few small shortcomings, thanks to Solange, the housekeeper assigned to our room (information we received from the reception), the cleanliness was a solid 10/10. She is responsible for an exceptional level of cleanliness, fully comparable to a 5-star hotel. I don’t think we have stayed in a cleaner hotel in a long time. After each service, she made sure every detail in the room was brought to perfection. I truly hope management recognizes this and rewards her accordingly.
We highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely come back again, and I will certainly recommend it to friends and acquaintances.
