The staff was very fast to answer when there were issues and provide useful support. The room was clean. The shower was great and the bed also - comfortable. I was pleased and the value for money was excellent.
There were some technical issues with the booking, but this was very minor. In my room there was no exterior window, which wasn't too bad...

It gives us comfort during our stay. The television is updated and we enjoyed watching netflix. They have coffee tea water and beer for free. The staff were nice.
We can hear the people talking in balcony and outside outside our door. They forgot to put teaspoon in the cafeteria.

Good Location, less than 1km to metro station and bus station.
The room is on ground floor, smell, pic seems has balcony, But it is public area, So you can't open the balcony window, that means no window, I ask them change another floor with window, no smell, But They didn't change for me in 4 Days. Terrible smell Room. Be careful. Room is also very small, little space to walk.
