It was clean and I like the privacy of having my own little box
The worst part was definitely the fact that there are no physical staff. You can only contact for help through WhatsApp and they take a long time to reply. I was locked out of my room twice because of this. Once locked out of the building in the rain and they were not replying. If it wasn't for this I would have given a way higher rating

The staff is awesome! They made all possible to give us a comfortable stay at the hostel, despite the problem with the air con. The place is clean and you have iron and washing machine available for your clothes. Also, there are snacks in a machine on the main area.
It is very close to a metro station, and there are bars and shops nearby.
The air con was not working during the whole stay. It's a problem that lasts several days and there is no near future in which it seems to be solved. This should be advised on Booking.com so you can choose whether to stay or not. Above all, because the price is not cheap.
At check-in time, the staff had changed me to a smaller room at same price, because the air con works better in this kind of rooms. However, it didn't work. Next morning I woke up with a lot of pain in my body due to be sweating all night long.
Please, solve that problem, because I was there just for 1 night, but the staff have to work there everyday. The big extractors are just at the check-in desk, so there it is even worst. Imagine the high temperature that the staff must be suffering!
Finally, the showers could be adjusted a bit so the water would flow better (now there are water streams in all directions and it's hard not to get wet the things hanging inside).
