Value for the money. Doesn’t have iron board in the room, but they can provide an iron. I have been in a *** hotel in London, and the standard were better.
For example in there they had a kettle , tea bags and coffee, milk and some biscuits in the rooms. Like in most of the hotels nowadays.

This hotel is too far from city center, although those who need to go for conferences to Cornella Fira, this is a good choice location wise. The room corridors were terribly dirty(visible huge stains on the carpet-5th floor) and smelly. They need to get rid of the carpet. It was impossible to breathe in the corridors. The breakfast is ordinary and the tables were always dirty. It was especially hectic on the 1st of January, though things got better a little bit thereafter. Lady at the front desk on 4th January morning was super helpful and very cheerful.

We had a bad experience to this hotel
1) Front Desk Staff - They were "receptionist", and were supposed to welcome guest who were tired from the travel, yet they are not welcoming, making face, and entertaining questions. I had an instance where I ask for a help via phone call, and they just drop my call without resolving my concern inside the hotel
2) Wifi - Intermittent, I raised about this yet, they didnt do anything to fix it nor give me assurance that will try to check the problem
3) Room Security - Staff opened the door without any warning or hesitation. Making us worried that they can come in anytime they want. Making us feel less secured about the hotel.
4) Cleanliness - Hallway Carpet on the 3rd floor was way too dirty.
5) Noise - We can hear the doors banging from other doors
6) Room Amenities - No sufficient amenities like toothbrush, slippers, shampoos, and TV is NOT WORKING.
