Calme, confort
L’accueil à revoir. Personnel qui rit quand on essaie de communiquer avec eux, car quelques notions d’anglais. On ose plus parler quand on fait face à ce genre de personnes. Dans d’autres pays, nous n’avions jamais été face à ce genre de situation.
