Location is excellent. Room was clean and big enough for 3 of us.
Extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy. The 3rd bed (sofa bed) was not very comfortable as it had a seam all down the middle from top to bottom. My son slept on it the first night but we swapped the second night as I am smaller than him and could sleep on almost one side.
