This is a wonderful hotel located right in the thick of it all....yet once you step in, you feel as though you are a world away. Shout-out to the front desk reception staff - they were amazing! Professional yet still fun! Gave us great recommendations and were super patient when we asked a ton of questions!

Our family of four recently spent three nights and four days at this wonderful property, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, the level of hospitality was truly world-class. The hotel’s location is second to none, providing us with the perfect base to explore the area with ease. When we weren't out and about, we spent a great deal of time wandering through the beautifully manicured gardens. They offered a serene and picturesque escape that added a unique charm to our stay. Our room was equally impressive as it was spacious, well-appointed, and the perfect retreat for a family of our size. What sets this hotel apart, however, is the impeccable attention to detail and the staff's commitment to the guest experience. Every interaction, from the seamless check-in and check-out processes to the efficient way the team addressed any minor requests we had, was handled with professional grace and genuine care. We would like to extend an extremely special callout to several staff members who made our stay truly memorable: 1) Marisa (Front Desk): Our sincere thanks for her warm welcome, for making the checkin and checkout process as smooth as possible, for helping resolve the three concerns quickly and efficiently, and for remembering to ask us that all was ok during our entire stay. 2) Janar: We are so grateful for his help with our luggage from the initial drop-off to ensuring everything was in our room promptly. His proactive nature, including checking in on us regularly to ensure our stay was going well, was so appreciated. Beyond that, the special care and attention he provided during our three breakfasts truly started our days on a high note. 3) Lilly & Jordy: Thank you to both of them for their outstanding customer care during our dinner. Their professionalism and warmth made our evening meal at the hotel a highlight of the trip. This hotel provides a rare combination of prime location, stunning aesthetics, and heartfelt service. We cannot recommend it highly enough for families looking for a high-quality getaway.
