    Hey - the hotel location is great and so is one side of the hotel where we got the room (double room). The issue we had was we booked double bed and yet we were given a small twin bed and were not even told and then had to come down with our luggages and asked for double room which we did get finally. The second issue is with the AC, they have centralised AC and you cannot control the AC Temp and during summers it can cause problems. The breakfast is great, the staff is overall very nice.

    I had stayed at this hotel before and everything was fine, with a better overall experience than this time. On this occasion, I was assigned a room from the older, not yet renovated section. The room felt more austere, although still acceptable and functional. It included a bathtub like the newer rooms, which raised some concerns regarding hygiene and safety, as the floor was quite slippery and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this stay was not the best. A large tour group arrived and there was significant noise. While this is not directly the hotel’s fault and more related to guests’ behavior, it would have been good to see more attention from staff in managing the situation. Overall, the staff was generally very good, and the restaurant service was also positive. However, at reception, one staff member named Heidy came across as unfriendly, with a cold attitude that made the interaction uncomfortable and did not create a welcoming impression. Housekeeping was also disappointing on this occasion. The room was not cleaned despite the “please clean room” sign being displayed, even though staff were seen cleaning other rooms on the same floor. At minimum, basic essentials like toilet paper should have been checked and replenished, as the cleanliness felt quite superficial. Overall, this stay did not meet the standard of my previous visit, which was significantly better.

    중심가가 아니여서 좀 걱정했는데 호텔 자체는 아주 좋았다. 발코니가 있어서 매일 발코니에서 커피도 마시고 맥주도 마실 수 있어서 좋았다. 번화가는 좀 멀지만 사그라다파밀리아 성당은 가까워서 매일 걸어서 갔다. 침대는 너무 푹씬해서 오히려 잠자는데 약간 불편했다. 바르셀로나 물가가 워낙 비싼건 알지만 2인 3박 묵었는데 도시세도 거의 50유로를 냈다. 그래도 또 바르셀로나에 간다면 다시 묵고 싶은 곳이다.
