The apartment is in a great location, literally a one- or two-minute walk from the bus station, metro, supermarket, as well as several local cafés and bakeries. The Westfield shopping mall is also nearby, offering plenty of shops, restaurants, and other amenities. Overall, it’s a very nice neighborhood. The apartment itself was spacious, bright, secure, and comfortable. It has central air conditioning that works exceptionally well, and there was always plenty of hot water. We also had a lovely terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. The apartments are located in two nearby buildings. There is also a luggage storage room where you can leave your bags after check-out, which is a very useful service. Overall, we had a very positive experience, although there are a couple of significant drawbacks. Our friends, who stayed in building 287, had an excellent Wi-Fi connection, while in our building (297), the internet was practically unusable. It barely worked even on a mobile phone, let alone on a laptop. I stayed here for seven days and had to work during my stay, so I brought my laptop with me, but the internet was simply unusable. This caused me some serious inconvenience. The second issue was cleanliness. We checked into an apartment that was relatively clean but had a few shortcomings. However, the biggest disappointment was the advertised housekeeping service every fifth day. On the fifth day, the staff only put our dirty dishes into the dishwasher and replaced the towels. Nothing else was cleaned. The floors, dust, bed linens, tables—nothing was touched. You can’t really advertise housekeeping if only two minutes are spent in the apartment once every five days. That’s simply not good enough. Apart from the Wi-Fi and the lack of proper cleaning, the shower cabin is also very small. The check-in process, which many guests mention in their reviews, is a bit more complicated than usual, but not to the point where it’s difficult. If you arrive while the receptionist is on duty, you shouldn’t have any problems at all. All in all, we believe the apartment offers good value for money, and we were satisfied with our stay despite a few compromises that future guests should be aware of.

The property was exceptional, well kept and clean But there is a tourist tax that we have to pay on top of your normal bookings and this was not disclosed in the site by Agoda Overall property was good close to transport and 10 mins walk to Sagrada familia

I gave 4 stars for value for money because I had one night power outage only my room we had to use phones touch to had breakfast one person had to hold the touch another person had to go to toilet and shower about 1:30 pm we came back they replace another room every thing was fine except that.

This apartment had a great deal of facilities within it, they upgraded me to a 2 bed apartment. The shower had mould growing in the ceiling and needs to be updated. A little way out of the city but by a metro. Check out was at 10am which is the earliest I have ever had
