    I liked the hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. And the breakfast they served was really good. The Internet was down for 2 days of my stay though. But I know this was beyond the control of the staff. Location is very good, very close to the subway station.

    We stayed for the proximity to Sants and were impressed by the quality of our room. Excellent shower with lots of hot water. Room temperature was not adjustable and the room was chilly during the night then hot during the day. Breakfast was suitable but nothing special.

    We stayed here on our first visit to Barcelona for 3 nights. First impressions were that the hotel was in fact close to 2 different main train stations. There is a taxi stand right outside which made getting to and from easy. The staff were able to answer our questions. The breakfast was good (not great, but I’ve had much worse) Our standard room was small, but nice. As mentioned, we stayed 3 nights. 1st night I thought the A/C might just need to catch up because it might not have been on when we checked in around 2:30pm. After the next morning, it had not improved so I called to have it fixed after we left for the day (around 8:30am). We arrived back that evening (around 7:30pm) and thought it might have improved slightly, but it was hot outside (90° F) and that made it feel better in the room, but eventually felt significantly warmer than A/C should. 3rd night ( when I’m writing this at 3am) I checked my luggage scale which has a cheep thermometer on it. It reads “81.5° F”. I like to keep my room temp about “73° F. This makes any review/chance of staying again pretty slim. When it’s hot out, when I have a short time to enjoy a new city, I simply need some things to just work, and although most things hit the mark here, the A/C, and the lack of repair of the A/C did not hit the mark. Hope this helps fellow travelers make an informed decision and the hotel to take a serious look at the A/C.
