    The kettle in the room was absolutely filthy. We boiled the water and poured it into our cup, only to see something floating in it. The toilet was also leaking, and the dripping noise went on ALL day. We mentioned both problems to the staff, but no one BOTHERED to do anything about it.

    Very easy to walk down to Barceloneta beach just about 30mins. Halal eateries are within 10mins of hotel. The room is clean only shortcoming is water pressure is low at the sink.

    The room was clean and quiet, the hotel is in a great location with restaurants nearby, and it’s within walking distance of attractions such as La Boqueria Market. It’s also only around a 5-minute taxi ride to the cruise terminal, which was very convenient. The main drawbacks were that the bath/shower was quite slippery for my elderly family members; the air conditioning never really cooled the room properly; and the breakfast was fairly disappointing with poorly prepared food. It’s, however, a good base to explore Barcelona for a day before our cruise.

    Poo stains over bed and mattress they did not change the sheets and staff were very unpleasant absolutely dirty place
