    Pros: Location near Drassanes train station allows for easy travel to Montjuic, España for Montserrat, and to Diagonal for transfer to Sagrada. Within Gothic Quarter so walking distance to Barcelona Cathedral and famous attractions within the area. Great breakfast buffet spread though it never changes for the five days we were there. Great staff, enjoyed our fellow Filipinos as well who served the hotel. Great restaurants near the hotel. Can recommend the Puff sandwich bar nearby. Colom restaurant is overhyped despite the line. Cons: No refrigerator, no toiletries supplied apart from the liquid soap and shower gel. When showering, the water spills over to the sink area and we had to contort ourselves when showering so that the water does not spill as much. Warning: Do not use taxis, even if it was booked by the hotel. We had the hotel book a taxi for us to get to the Sants station, and we were over-charged at 25 euros, apart from the taxi dropping us off the sketchy side of the station and being subjected to the spit scam. We were almost robbed at 7am in the morning. Taxi driver and scammer seemed in cahoots. Use ride hailing apps, even hotel-booked taxis cannot be trusted!
