    My two children stayed here alone on their first day in Barcelona and arrived at around 2pm on July 12. The man working at the front desk was incredibly rude and hostile and seemed to be disdainful of the fact that they weren’t Spanish speakers. As Asian tourists, they expressed that they could only effectively communicate with him in English, which he understood, but he insisted on only speaking Spanish to them. This made the check in experience very difficult. Later, he got visibly angry at them for not understanding Spanish and barked at them rather than trying to communicate. Ultimately, he resigned to speaking with them in coherent and fluent English (which he was capable of all along) , but only when my daughter became distressed and confused by his hostile tone. Despite being located in a touristic area, this hotel seemed highly disdainful of and unwelcoming towards foreign tourists— we would not recommend this to anyone hoping to feel welcomed in this city. My children mentioned that the front desk worker on the 13th was polite and kind, but the man assisting them during check in was not only hostile but made things intentionally difficult. Aside from this, the hotel does not provide toiletries basic such as body wash and shampoo. It is also important to note that the fire alarm went off in the morning, but it sounded muffled and distant from the room to the point where it sounded as if it were a car alarm from the street below— luckily there was no fire, but this is a potential safety hazard. Some good points of the hotel are its location and beautiful decor; the air con was also highly effective.

    The room was clean and small. The aircon worked great and nice shower and the bed was comfortable. Minimal noise in the halls or outside. Staff was efficient but not overly helpful. The location was just great for walking for dinner and shopping. Easy walk to metro and buses.

    It’s located in the Center . Old town. Come out of hotel there is plenty shop to eat, cafe, shopping left and right and just walk to alot of attractions. The room is simple but clean and have enough things needed. There also place to store your luggage if you need too.

    Not as advertised and hotel was not worth the price. Also forced to check out and re check in so lost a day of hotel privileges.
