    The staff were fantastic...easy pleasant check in, help with luggage, recommended restaurants etc. The location is excellent! The room itself was just okay...terrible lighting, hard and springy mattress that groaned.. But it was large enough and very clean! The rooftop area would be beautiful if weather had been better.

    The staff were very indifferent to our request of an early check in. We had received an email via thr agoda site saying our request was approved. When we arrived at 10am they said there was no request approved. When I showed them the email trace they said oh that was via *** nothing to do with us. We ended up arguing with them which was un pleasant. They agreed to have a room available in approximately 2 hours but would not contact me to say when it was ready. The take away i got was to book directly with the hotel and not a 3rd party booking provider. An uncomfortable experience for me and the hotel staff.

    The hotel location is fantastic the reception staff are good and helpful but the Wifi all the time its not working and the housekeeping staff are soo annoying they keep always knocking the door to clean the room and they are not cleaning its well and not putting the amenities or taking the garbage the only thing they do is the bed and the hotel no concierge you are taking your bag on your on and the pool is disaster not as per the photo the swimming pool water is not clean at all and the room theres a dump small
