I had a very pleasant stay at SERHS Rivoli Rambla. The location on La Rambla is excellent and very convenient for exploring Barcelona. What made my stay particularly enjoyable was the staff. Jordi, who assisted during the breakfast service, was friendly, attentive and made the mornings very pleasant. Fronco at the front office was extremely helpful whenever I needed assistance. A special mention to Javier, the Supervisor, who was exceptionally patient, courteous and helpful. He took the time to assist with my requests and made me feel very well looked after. Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location, made even better by the warm and helpful team. Thank you Jordi, Fronco and Javier for the excellent hospitality. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Barcelona.

Great place. Wonderful. - Staff was extremely helpful. - They helped with taxi service in the morning to airport. - They took luggage in 6 hours early. The rooftop seating area had great views. The bar service on the rooftop was fantastic. The bar tender has great. The location of this hotel was very easy to walk to nearly everywhere in Barcelona (except mountain tops)

The rooms basicly has "window" to inner lobby, the floor outside the room in not finished, the air condition is average. The location is excellent with great walkability to shopping in the area. The room was quite clean but felt like smooky.
