    The only problem is the property key activation process. It requires SMS receivables number locally in order to get a security code automatically. Many travelers I ran into stuck with bad signals and no SMS support.

    Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Cosmo Apartments. The facility is modern, and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and having two separate bathrooms was very convenient. The apartment also has a well-equipped kitchen which makes it easy to prepare your own meals. The main disappointment was the check-in experience. We arrived shortly after 3:00 PM, which is within the stated check-in time, but there was no one available to assist us, despite the property indicating 24-hour service. There were several families waiting at the entrance trying to figure out how to get inside. The situation was confusing and frustrating, and we spent approximately 30 minutes waiting before someone finally answered the listed phone and provided instructions for accessing the apartment. This could definitely be organized more smoothly. Another small issue was that, although the apartment has both a dishwasher and a washing machine, there was no detergent or soap provided for either. It would be helpful to have at least a small starter supply available for guests. Apart from these issues, the accommodation itself was very nice, comfortable, and clean, and the location was excellent. It is within easy walking distance of many of Barcelona’s main attractions and is a very convenient base for exploring the city. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment. Improving the check-in process and providing a small amount of detergent/soap for guests would make the experience considerably better.

    We stayed in the apartment for just one night. Its central location is a plus. The apartment is new. Please note: you have to take out the trash yourselves! However, I was not informed that there was no reception at the property, so upon arriving at the address, I had to walk another 1.7 km /one way to pick up the key. That was very poor service. Another unpleasant surprise was a requirement for a refundable deposit that was €100 higher than stated in the information I had received (total ***). This spoiled my impression of the stay.

    Overpriced and poorly managed. Communication from staff was virtually non-existent. Upon arrival, I discovered that key collection was not at the booked property but at another Cosmo property located about a 30-minute walk away. This information was not properly communicated beforehand. To make matters worse, guests are required to wait until 3:00 PM for key release, with no flexibility or apology for the inconvenience. The property also charges a city tax per person, per night, whereas many other hotels only charge a single city tax for the entire stay. This significantly increases the overall cost. The booking confirmation included a supposed information link, but the link did not work, leaving guests without essential arrival instructions. The lack of communication and poor customer service made what should have been a straightforward check-in process unnecessarily stressful. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.
