    I have 2 rooms but one room for 3 nights AC not working several times complaining but they not changing room and refund only bring fan and not can sleeping for 3 nights🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

    +The location might honestly be the best you can get in the city + A train station with direct service to the airport is just a 5‑minute walk from the hotel + It's also surrounded by many exceptional cafes and restaurants + The room is small, but clean, and the mattress is extremely comfortable + The AC worked properly + Although there is no kettle in the room, you can get hot water on the rooftop - Strangely, our "Do Not Disturb" sign was put inside the room while we were out 🤷

    Location is perfect. When you step outside the hotel, everything you might need is there- restaurants, shops. It is also just a walking distance from casa mila and casa batllo. the hotel is clean and staff were very nice and very helpful. Would love to stay again if we are going back to Barcelona.

    You have to pay for coffee at 2€ each pod. There's no milk nor creamer. The bath is super small with no where to put my own toiletries. You can hear your neighbours upstairs and then closing the door if they leave middle of the night or early morning . The only good thing I would say about the hotel is the central location.
