    5 star experience, very clean, spacious, excellent staff, right outside the Cathedral, lots of cafes and shops around. Great view of the rooftop restaurant and they prioritise guest. People queue to get a seat on the restaurant.

    You can't beat the location and the view of the cathedral. The service is very good. Checkout at 11 is early compared to other hotels and they are not flexible about it. Despite claims of sound proofing, you can easily hear noise in the room from the hallway, or nearby rooms when house keeping is cleaning other rooms.

    Loved the location and the breakfast, which was fresh and with great variety. Staff all kind and helpful although out booking was initially questioned as apparently Agoda sold us an Executive Plus room which was seen by the hotel as an Elegance (basic) room booking. Room was sorted and it was quiet, comfortable and clean. Amazing rooftop bar.
