Organização, pontualidade e cordialidade do staff.
A funcionária foi muito educada e gentil durante todo o tempo, e nos permitiu guardar a bagagem após o check in, de forma muito cortês.
Na verdade, gostei de tudo. Porém, achei que o banheiro (local de banho) pode ser muito pequeno para pessoas grandes ou idosos. No meu caso, não me atrapalhou.

On e we found it, it was easy to enter.
Supermarket underneath and a nice italian restaurant underneath also.
Cafe bars 1 min walk and irish bar 4 min walk.
Ideal!

Found it quite hard to locate, maybe an idea to add better description of entrance

La ubicación. Bien equipado. Guardado de equipaje gratuito antes del check in o despues del check out..
Que el ascensor te deja en un entrepiso y siempre hay q subir o bajar medio piso cin maletas y es un espacio muy reducido.
Y demasiados requisitos de como dejar el departamento al retirarse.

Nice and clean apartment fully equipped
We have noticed that a window in one of the bedrooms does not close. So it was blowing out of the window. Also, the TV didn't work (it had a sound but without any pictures).
So we asked to fix it and received confirmation from management that they will fix it asap. During 8 days nobody fixed anything.
