About this apartment rental
This amazing and elegant apartment, located in the emblematic Paseo de Grácia, has 5 double bedrooms (4 of them with en suite bathroom), an extra full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a large and sunny dining-living room.
The apartment is located just a few steps away from some of the main city attractions such as La Pedrera and La Casa Batlló (from Gaudí), around 10 minutes walking to Plaza Cataluña and Las Ramblas and close to different public transport stops, to move easily around the city.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges:
- Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights)
*The City Hall has increased the city tax rate starting Apr 1st 2026. The new rate is €13.75 per person per night.
- Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.

Our stay at this Barcelona apartment was absolutely fabulous! The location could not have been more spectacular, placing us right in the heart of everything. The apartment was exactly as described—beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed.Check-in with Estefania was seamless; she was extremely courteous and hospitable, making us feel right at home. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver during the hot summer days. The management team was incredibly responsive, answering every question immediately and ensuring we had everything we needed.Our only complaint is that our stay wasn’t long enough! We will gladly return on our next trip to Barcelona. Highly recommended!
