Location, safe neighborhood, apartment space, cleanliness, delighters like coffee, milk, juice, etc… 2 set of keys offered flexibility
• Elevator is too small for such a big building
• Bunck bed is not comfy at all, when someone sleeps on the upper bed and moves a slight movement, it produces very high sounds as the whole bed is. It stable that why one of the family was sleeping out on the sofa
• Pipe underneath the Bathroom tub was lacking causing the whole bathroom to be wet specially last day of our stay

very good location, secure...
There is a smell coming from bathroom but as we stayed too short we dont care. My suggestion s to fix it.

The location was great. the department store and grocery store across the street was great.
The bathroom smelled so bad. Like sewage. the smell of the bathroom made the whole apartment smell bad.
The dishwasher was not fixed in place and was disgusting inside.
The ceilings were low in the upstairs and especially the 3rd bedroom.
