The location was central and convenient, private and secure, and spacious. Well decorated and lots of ammenities.
Dryer was slow to operate so my parents did a wash but I skipped. Floor needs to be cleaned better between stays, really overall cleanliness good but could use improvement.

location is excellent and the apartment is very comfortable and had all we needed
in our case, the big coffee pot didnt work so we had to use the small one (no biggie to be honest) since we were 4 adults, it would have been more practical to have the big one.

The welcome box, the decor, the size, the lighting, refrigerator, towels, the hand soap, convenient plugs for electronics, cheerful/helpful person who brought keys finally.
Dirty tub w/mold in right top corner, appliances (washer,dryer, microwave) were all difficult to operate without instructions. Coffee strainer was so stained w/coffee. No egg spatula, tub water leaked onto floor so we had to dry towels & bath mat on balcony til we managed to lean the washer/dryer. Also, I didn’t like paying extra for a late arrival (airlines issue). The we had to wait @ apartment for the keys, keypad would be good.

The location was great. the department store and grocery store across the street was great.
The bathroom smelled so bad. Like sewage. the smell of the bathroom made the whole apartment smell bad.
The dishwasher was not fixed in place and was disgusting inside.
The ceilings were low in the upstairs and especially the 3rd bedroom.
