The apartment was in a great location, near to the centre, but down a quieter road. Nice layout of the rooms and the air conditioning was perfect.
The cleaners came twice during our 1 week stay, which was nice and gave us plenty of what we needed. Outside roof terrace is spacious with a decent view.
Our host was on hand whenever we needed any information etc, and met us at our apartment building to show us in. We had an early flight in, but it was a bonus to leave our luggage in the apartment while it was getting ready.
Unfortunately the outside decking area was very loose in places, and quite unsafe. The pictures on the site show an inviting area to sit, but in reality the area is looking slightly neglected, eg; the plant is completely dead and the wall could do with a fresh coat of paint.
I messaged our host about the decking, and he assured me that it would be fixed. I hope this is the case, as the outside area is good, just in need of some attention.

The property manager had great communication. He thoroughly explained all the highlights of the lovely apartment. Check-in and checkout went smoothly.The kitchen was well equipped and a basket of supplies including starter coffee and snacks came in handy. Bags of ice were in the freezer. Beds were very comfortable.Many towels were provided. The washer and dryer were convenient- ask how to use them. The location was beautiful and safe. even though the apartment was located on a busy street the apartment remained quiet. We enjoyed coffee on the lovely balcony on the mature tree lined street. Restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries were close by . Casa Battlo was a 2 minute walk . I would highly recommend
The elevator did not work for a few hours but the problem was solved. Communication was helpful- we were notified when it was operational. I would not detract this from our otherwise positive experience.
