We were greeted upon arrivial by Mauricio who was very friendly and responded quickly with any questions we had. The location was very central and it was easy to catch a cab right out front and also walk everywhere. We had an apartment in the attick. There was an elevator that took us to the 4th floor and then we had to walk up one more flight of stairs to get to our place.
The elevator was out of service our last day (we were 5 floors up) but luckily we only had to carry our luggage down the stairs and not up.

The check-in was as easy as possible. Mauricio was incredible - he greeted me upon arrival and took time to get me acclimated in the apartment.
