Location is awesome and the guest service team was responsive & tried their best to resolve any issues timely.
My sister and niece got stuck in the elevator for about 50 minutes.

location, ease of getting in, cleanness, well equipped kitchen, views, small markets around, location is outstanding,
the elevator is small and slow, which is typical in Europe The AC was not functioning well, but there could have been control where we culd not lower it below 26 degrees (C). it was ot at times because of the heat wave during our visit

Location was good
Beds were not comfortable and not enough hot water for everyone. We had 7 people in a 4 bedroom apartment and had to ration the water from 2nd night as 3 people had to shower in cold water on the 1st night.
