Emplacement idéal. Calme absolu. Douche agréable.

Manque des essentiels pour un séjour 2 nuits avec 4 personnes : pas de gel douche et shampooing, 0 capsule de café, 2 pq. Compte tenu du prix de la location, et pour améliorer l’expérience client, il serait bon de prévoir ce minimum.

We were satisfied with our stay at this large apartment. The property was very clean and appeared well-maintained. Our three-bedroom unit was spacious and provided ample room to relax. We found the beds to be comfortable, which we appreciated after long days of walking. The apartment was, as described, "fully stocked." The kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher. A thoughtful touch was that the host left dishwasher soap for us to use. Having a washing machine in the unit was also a significant convenience. The location is a key benefit. It's centrally located, just a short 5-10 minute walk from many restaurants and supermarkets. We would recommend this apartment for its comfort, cleanliness, and good location. It was quiet and there was a working elevator which we appreciated.

It was a little bit hard to figure how to enter the first time, but once we did it, it was no problem. It would be nice if there was a shelf in the shower to put our soap, shampoo, etc.

The location of the unit was great for our tourist attractions. easy walking distance 15min- 20min. The apartment was very clean; we were able to check-in earlier than the 3pm time. Safe environment with the concierge on the ground floor to allow entry into the apartment building. (Note: Thankfully, we could use the access code on first day since we had no wifi for keyless entry to Apartment)

1)It would have been nicer if there were more kitchen utensils available. 2)The hot water kettle looked inexpensive & cheap plastic; when it was plugged into another kitchen wall unit, it blew the fuse, so we had to locate the fuse box. There should be a warning to only use it on the designated kitchen wall outlet. 3) A suggestion would be to have Handout instructions on how to use the microwave in English. 4)Since we (females) are short/average height, it was hard to reach up to the dishes stored on the kitchen shelves. I would recommend soup bowls to be added to the kitchen accessories. 5) Toilet paper was insufficient since there was only 1 bathroom shared by our 5 people. I would also recommend having a utility shelf on shower wall to allow a place for toiletries; otherwise; using the floor could cause hazards.

Location and beds. Quiet and peaceful for sleeping despite being in the city center. Garage parking is next to the the property (20euro per night from 21 up to 7am and; 0,06 euro per minute from 7am until -21h

It was not clean, especially fan coils. Shower cabins must be renovated. If there is a coffee maker it is only normal to leave at least two coffee pods and one bottle of water as a welcoming gift for guests especially when they are coming late as we did. Windows blinders in two small rooms cannot be opened up. Bottom line great location but whole property has to be renovated.
