Apartamento super amplo, vintage e muito confortável. Camas e toalhas limpas, apartamento em geral limpo. Vista linda para a praça da Catalunya. Comodidade para o check-in. Localização excelente.

Não tive problemas. Tudo correu muito bem.

The apartment is centrally located, and had lots of space in the living area.

המיקום מדהים. דקת הליכה מכיכר קטלוניה. הדירה בקומה השלישית ועל אף הרחוב הסואן, לא היה רעש (החלונות עם זכוכית בידודית). הדירה מאובזרת ביותר וכלל האביזרים במצב חדש יחסית ומצוין. הניקיון של הדירה וגם של הבניין היה מושלם. הדירה נמצאת בקומה שלישית וחדר השינה הגדול עם השירותים הצמודים והמרפסת הקטנה, פונה לרחוב. בשני חדרי השינה האחרים יש חלון אך פונה לפיר במרכז הבניין. הסלון גדול ונעים ביותר ובו חלונות הפונים לרחוב הראשי. מבחינת התקשורת עם הבעלים: ראינו שיש שיפוץ בבניין ולא ניתן היה לצערנו לפנות אל הבעלים באמצעות בוקיננג לפני ההזמנה. לכן מצאנו את המייל הישיר באינטרנט ופנינו אל הבעלים והם הבהירו שהשיפוץ הסתיים. שווה לבדוק תמיד מצב השיפוצים והבנייה בברצלונה. דלת מכונת כביסה שלא ניתן לפתוח ואור שלא עבד בחדר שינה, אלה נפתרו די מהר לאחר פנייה אל הבעלים. תודה. הדירה והמיקום עשו רבות להנאה שלנו בברצלונה. היינו הורים עם שני נער ונערה ובמשך 4 לילות באפריל 2025.

לא אהבנו את הרעיון שהצ'ק אין בשעות מאוד מסויימות (17:00 - 20:00) ובאם מגיעים באיחור יש תוספת תשלום לא מבוטלת. הערה לבוקינג בלבד: הדירה בה היינו פורסמה עם שרטוט מפת הדירה וידענו טוב מאוד לאן אנו מגיעים (מיקום חדרים, גודל וכו'). ממליצים לבוקינג לבקש מידע מעין זה כסטנדרט גם במקומות האירוח האחרים או לפחות, צילום וידאו.

Location is great. Apartment is spacey, has two bathrooms and it is well equipped. WiFi in the apartment is good.

Let's start from the check-in. Check-in time is quite late at 17:00. Checkout is at 11:00 so it seems that one needs 6 hours to prepare the apartment for next guests. We asked if we could put our luggage an hour before (at 16:00). Customer service told us it is not possible and we were advised to use Luggage Hero. I was few minutes before agreed check-in time that is 17:00 and no one was there. This seems quite strange considering it was not possible to take the apartment (or just leave the luggage) at 16:00. Everything in the apartment except the kitchen is heavily worn out. Pictures on the site are from many years ago and do not represent the current state. When you see so worn out furniture and damaged furniture, damaged floors and tiles, dirty walls you get the impression of dirty environment even though the apartment was relatively clean. I say relatively because there was lots of dust under beds two bedrooms. I tried to contact client support to get late checkout at 13:00 instead of 11:00. I got emergency service who does not have such information about such availability. It was already late (20:55) so I wrote a message via Booking.com already counting that I'll not get it for no obvious reason as with check in. Then I got the reply at 10:30 that "late check out at 13:00 cannot be guaranteed due to the preparation for the next guests." So 6 hours again, which sounds reasonable if the owner would perform partial renovation. Windows in the apartment are really good, aluminum ones, however they heavily require tuning to isolate the apartment from heavy noise coming from outside. The apartment looks at the street with heavy traffic 24/7 which makes guests difficult to sleep when windows are not maintained properly.
