Fabulous, 140 square meters, antique apartment refurbished with unique taste. It has the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay in a privileged location, located in the heart of Barcelona (two minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya and Ramblas)THE SPACE:Due to the adjacent situation of the rooms, the apartment is ideal for stays of families with children. It is also a good option for business travelers looking for a central location.BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 8 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 Double size bed
Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed)
Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed) and 1 double sofa bed
*Please let me know before your arrival if you need a special bed distribution, as sometimes the beds are already converted into double bed*
2 Full bathrooms with shower and WC + 1 Toilete (only WC)FACILITIES:Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and dishwasher
AC and heating in bedrooms and living room
TV and high speed Wi-fi

On the right side of the university, you can find Calle Balmes. It is a very important street in Barcelona, connecting the upper part of the city with the old town (Ciutat Vella).

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. Communication was great! Getting into the apartment took a bit of time, had to wait for someone because the app didn’t work to unlock the door.

Plenty of room for our family of 5, centrally located however in a touristy area. AC worked great. Could have been cleaner/showed some wear. I’d rate it a 4.

The property is in a perfect location with the ability to walk just about anywhere. The place was clean and had a wonderful charm to it. Would recommend!

Our family of 6 stayed here and had a good time. Location is amazing. Right in the middle of everything. Old part of city with very old ally like streets and tons of shops and restaurants.
The apartment was more than large enough. Beds were ok. I’m giving three stars because there are some easy things owner could do to make it more comfortable. One bathroom sink was clogged first day and wasn’t repaired. Another drained very slow. Shower in master bath is tough to use without making a mess. Not nearly enough towels. Pillows were small and very thin. Couch was in bad shape. A couple of other very minor things.
I want to clear that the place is very livable, but i think some small investments by owners and it could be easy 5 stars.
